Cowling is a semi-rural village located in the Craven District near to Skipton, Colne and Keighley. The Village is home to around 1,500 people and its size is expanding with many new homes being built in the area.

Within the community there is a school, a local convenience store, a pub, a hairdressers and a restaurant as well as several B&Bs which cater for walkers visiting the picturesque surroundings of the village, through which the world-famous Pennine Way runs.
